Il diritto di recesso é regolato ai sensi di legge e il cliente-consumatore (ossia una persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale, ovvero non effettua l' acquisto indicando nel modulo d' ordine un riferimento di partita iva), ha diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo.

Per esercitare tale diritto il cliente dovrà inviare a F.lli Cassano & C. S.r.l. una comunicazione a info@fratellicassano.it entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di consegna della merce.

Nota Bene: Non possono esercitare il diritto di recesso i clienti che acquistano con Partita IVA.

CAMBIO MERCE SENZA ULTERIORI SPESE

Il Cliente ha diritto a richiedere un cambio prodotto (SENZA ULTERIORI SPESE) alle seguenti condizioni:

1 )La volontà di un cambio merce deve essere comunicata via email a info@fratellicassano.it entro 48 ore dal ricevimento dell' articolo.

2) Il cambio potrà riguardare anche un altro articolo, previa verifica della disponibilità . Le differenze di prezzo dovranno essere coperte dal relativo rimborso o conguaglio.

3) L' articolo deve essere restituito entro 5 giorni lavorativi seguendo le nostre direttive per la restituzione.

NB. Restano comunque a carico del compratore le spese per la spedizione di reso.

Il diritto di recesso é comunque sottoposto alle seguenti condizioni:

1) Il bene acquistato dovrà essere integro e restituito nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (comprese imballo ed eventuale documentazione e dotazione accessoria);

2) Per limitare danneggiamenti alla confezione originale, raccomandiamo di reimbarcare il prodotto con cura come lo si ha ricevuto, cercando di non rovinare con nastri adesivi la scatola originale;

3) La spedizione, fino all' attestato di avvenuto ricevimento nel nostro magazzino, é sotto la completa responsabilità del cliente;

4) Le spese di trasporto per la restituzione della merce sono a carico del cliente-consumatore;

5) Vi consigliamo di usare un metodo tracciabile per evitare problemi di ritardi o smarrimenti.

6) Le spese sostenute per l' incasso di pagamenti in contrassegno non saranno rimborsate al cliente-consumatore.

F.lli Cassano & C. S.r.l. non risponde in nessun modo per danneggiamenti o furto/smarrimento di beni restituiti con spedizioni non assicurate. Non verranno ritirati in nessun caso pacchi in contrassegno o in porto assegnato.

Riconsegna Merce

Il prodotto dovrà essere riconsegnato a F.lli Cassano & C. S.r.l. entro 5 giorni dal ricevimento dell'autorizzazione al reso inviata tramite mail da F.lli Cassano & C. S.r.l. Fatte salve eventuali spese di ripristino per danni accertati all' imballo originale, F.lli Cassano & C. S.r.l. provvederà a rimborsare al cliente l' importo già pagato per il prodotto o tramite procedura di storno dell' importo addebitato sulla Carta di Credito, via Paypal o a mezzo Bonifico Bancario. In quest' ultimo caso, sarà cura del cliente fornire tempestivamente le coordinate bancarie sulle quali ottenere il rimborso (Codice IBAN). Viene applicato il rimborso stornando dall' importo 6.90 euro per le spese sostenute con la spedizione iniziale (anche se questa é stata fatta gratuitamente).

Quando decade il diritto di recesso.

Il diritto di recesso decade totalmente, per mancanza della condizione essenziale di integrità del bene (confezione e/o suo contenuto), nei casi in cui F.lli Cassano & C. S.r.l. accerti:

1) Utilizzo anche parziale del bene;

2) La mancanza della confezione esterna e/o dell' imballo interno originale;

3) L' assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto;

4) Il danneggiamento del prodotto per cause diverse dal suo trasporto;

Nei casi sopra indicati, F.lli Cassano & C. S.r.l. provvederà a restituire al mittente il bene acquistato, addebitando allo stesso le spese di spedizione.
